Choosing a home from 400 miles away is hard. Our concierge service puts someone on the ground for you: filming the homes you are interested in, showing you round when you visit, and staying with you until you have the keys.

Remote viewings and aerial film
We visit the homes on your shortlist and film them for you, room by room, with the questions you want asked. Aerial film shows what the listing photos leave out: the neighbouring houses, the street, the fields and the roads around it.

A guided visit, for a weekend or a week
Come up and we show you round. We plan the time around what matters to you, whether that is schools, the commute at rush hour, walking routes or what a town is like on a wet Tuesday.

We stay with you from the first shortlist to moving day: finding homes that suit, attending viewings, keeping track of closing dates and keeping your solicitor and agent in step.

How we are paid for this
You pay us, at a price agreed first
Concierge is the one part of Relocate to Scotland you pay for. The planner, your checklist and the guides stay free, whether or not you use it.
- We send you a fixed price in writing before you commit. Nothing is charged until you agree it.
- Accommodation and car or bike hire are booked in your name, so you pay the provider at their own price.
- If we introduce you to an estate agent or solicitor who pays us a fee, we tell you before you decide.
- You choose which homes to offer on, and your solicitor makes the offer for you, as always in Scotland.
